How can I begin utilizing services?
Contact us for a complimentary evaluation. At that meeting we will determine if and how Vyctoria's Answer can assist you to improve the quality of your life. This will include a discussion of our services, options and fees.
If I decide to utilize Vyctoria’s Answer what paperwork would need to be filled out?
The paperwork would include Service Agreement and Confidential Agreement.
Does that mean I will be locked into a long term contract?
Our Service Agreement allow you the option of using our services one time or on an ongoing basis.
How and when do I request services?
You may request services by phone or email, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We request 48 hours notice for scheduling; however, we will do our very best to accommodate requests on short notice.
I do not see my need on your list of services. Can Vyctoria’s Answer help?
We can fulfill the majority of requests. Email or call and we will do our best to take care of your need.
What services are not offer?
We are unable to fulfill requests that are illegal, unethical, immoral, or ones that may be harmful to our clients, vendor affiliates or others.
Is membership required?
No.
What geographic area do your services cover?
The Greater New England Area and other select cities when requested.
How much notice do you need for a service cancellation?
We request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellation so our time is available for other clients who may need our help or for clients with short notice or emergency requests.
What is the cost of hiring Vyctoria’s Answer?
Services begin at a rate of $45 (U.S. dollar) per hour - a one hour minimum required. Corporate and residential clients will be provided a customized rate based on their needs and the amount of services utilized.
How is service/errand time calculated?
Billing time begins when the errand or service begins, to time of completion or delivery. Each service request has a one hour minimum charge. Time in excess of one hour is rounded up to the next 15 minutes. Travel time/mileage includes travel from and back to the location of Vyctoria’s Answer.
Is there an additional mileage charge?
The first 60 miles are included in the rate. After that there is an additional mileage charge.
If I need Vyctoria’s Answer to make any third party purchase(s) on my behalf how is that handled?
Costs of any third party purchases would be in addition to our service fees. We require you to provide a cash or credit card deposit prior to any purchases made. We will pay for any purchases first from the deposit.
Is there a mark-up fee for items purchased through Vyctoria’s Answer?
No. Clients of Vyctoria’s Answer are only charged for the actual cost of goods or services purchased.
What are my payment options?
We accept cash, checks, money orders and certified checks. We also accept credit/debit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover & American Express) for amounts $350 or higher.
